I want a professional wordpress theme developed that I can adapt and manage easily adding content to pages and photos to carousels and develop.
It can be a bought professional theme which has already been adapted for me but it must be an exact copy of the following front-end hompage website:
www.taylors.edu.my
/en/college/programmes/pre-u/cal/
I will want to be able to change the names of the menu items and do the pages they refer to myself and redo the colors but basically it needs all the functionality of this structure.
The one who can guarantee to replicate this the closest in form and structure at the lowest price wins!
I only have a week to get this project completed which is why I say I dont mind if it is an adapted professional theme that's sold to me if it can do what this site above does and looks pretty much the same.

I know what I have asked for is quite a tall order so I would like to suggest a way it could perhaps be made more easily.
If I use a theme so that there is a dashboard it might be quicker for you and I could also easily add pages myself. Without a theme I will be lost at sea!!!
I have found a StudioPress 'Education' theme on Genesis that I would like to use:

However, this would obviously need to be customised and I would like it to be customised to this front-end and site structure:
www.studiopress.com
With the added functionality of the Taylor's site:
www.taylors.edu.my

Please can you include a link to your portfolio so I can see examples of work you've done.
And/or can you private message me and explain how you would go about fulfilling the brief.
I need to be confident that I will have a front-end and structure that I can then upload content onto and adapt which is why I would like the education theme customised so that it matches the University example given above, at least, and ideally the functionality of the Taylor's website - which is bit more advanced.
I can only make a decision based on who can either show me they're already done something close to what I'm asking, or can explain it to me in 'dummies' terms how they would do it and how I would upload and adapt it.
This job is not based on price but it is looking like $300 budget which I am happy with , and it would be through Paypal, but do need it within 7 days.

I want to make it absolutely clear that I am looking for someone to develop the WordPress 'Education Theme' on Galaxy and therefore NOT expecting to pay for either the Galaxy framework OR the Education Theme IN ADDITION to the PRICE bid.
I expect BOTH to be included in the price, I believe it is 80 dollars for both. Please PM if you have bid already and want to amend your bid in view of this.
I have received several comments about the timescale. To make this more feasible I am prepared forget about the Taylor's website and ONLY ask for a CLONE of the University of Arkansas website - customised from the Education Theme with the same functionality.
This is important because the Education Theme is mobile ready.
Please read all the additional updates before bidding. I have asked for two important things to help choose the winning bid and only one contestant has actually done this:
1) Explain how you will complete the bid to reassure me you know what you are doing.
2) Give me a list of sites/portfolio of work you have done.
Please feel free to PM with this information but do not PM if it is to know the outcome of the contest before the contest has closed.

Further, just to clarify, I need all the menus and submenus that exist on the University of Arkansas created for me at the front-end, and left as titled but blank pages at the back end for me to complete. I do not expect to pay extra for this in terms of the price bid.
Also, I need the all the pages customised to the colors of our Logo and name of my college. I do not expect to pay extra for this in terms of the price bid.
Also, I need the functionality of the University of Arkansas website in terms of Wordpress widgets incorporated. I do not expect to pay extra for these in terms of the price bid.
Also, I would be grateful for any SEO tools incorporated although this is not a requirement.
