Hi There
I am the owner of a premium plugin. I have many customers using the system,
I have only recently purchased the business and have the following problems as i am not technical.
I am not able to respond to support queries with regards to the plugin
I am not able to do any of the many customization requests we receive.
What i am looking for is the following:
Someone i can pay a monthly amount to to handle support.
Someone who knows wordpress and creating plugins backwards.
Someone who wants to make some extra money on a long term basis.
someone who can extend the main plugin ie: new versions etc
Someone who has the time, customers cannot wait 2 days for support questions to be answered, this needs to be checked twice a day at least
should only take 30 minutes per day, MAX.
