Are you using a free host or using some site wide top or bottom loading banners using java script ?
Fixing is pretty easy I think but final decision has to be made after inspecting your Dashboard !!

Actually you have updated your version 2.9 to 3.0.1..
That causes lost configurations from tables.
I can do resolve your issue in less than a day.
