Using WordPress Template premiumpress.com/auctiontheme/ I have a customer who needs the following added: MEMBERSHIPS: 2-types to start with - Free and paid. Both will require credit card for user authentication, but the paid membership will permit both buying and selling, access to free classified advertising listing and viewing, blogs, etc. The FREE membership will only permit seller to list an item. GEOGRAPHIC SEARCH: Using Google Maps integration permit users to search for auction items within distance from location or zip code provided. ADSENSE: Use Google Adsense to generate revenue on the site. ADVERTISING: Insert Ads for permanent sponsors. PAYMENT METHODS: Use PayPal, Credit Card, and possibly ACH debit for winning bidder to immediately pay for buyers premium fee, and seller to be charged a fixed fee. The Buyers premium will be calculated as 2.5% of the final value. TIMES THE MONEY: The auction template permits bidding a an increment for an item. This auction will be 'Times the Money'. This means the bidder will be bidding a per item price multiplied times the number available. The bid screen needs to calculate and display both the individual and aggregate total. The winning buyers premium needs to be calculated on the aggregate total. SQL DATABASE: Back-end data stored using SQL. Creative will be done at our office and provided.  |
