I need to add a local events guide page like this to my Wordpress site.

Quick question about the local event listing, user form.
A.) Do you need it to instantly list the event on your site, without moderating it?
B.) Is it suppose to store/email the information, so you can view it before it goes public?
C.) Or it does not matter.
